High Performance Thread and Profile Rolling Machines with Flat Dies Machines of AF Series have high flexibility and are easy to operate. The range of parts to be threaded from less than 1.0 mm to more than 24.0 mm. Both basic and additional tooling make the AF Series complete. This allows customers to solve more difficult technical tasks in easier way. Ergonomic control units are decided to be the main feature of AF Series machines as well.
Machines of GW-H Series combine rather high ultimate loads with the highest precision. Both basic and additional tooling as well as horizontal die slide give the opportunity of manipulation of different blanks.
Machines of GW-H Series combine maximum efficiency with minimum space they need. Threading of small and medium size parts with high performance is made without any difficulty with the help of these classical machines E.W.Menn. Nowadays the third generation of the machines presented in four models are used worldwide. The smallest units of GW Series machines excel in their functionality. An easy access to the machine working area allows the optimal adjustment.
Combined machines for standard and special parts
Combined machines allow to assemble either one washer or one/two washers (optionally) with a screw. Due to the special assemly technology (when a blank lowered through the inner diameter of the washer) these machines have the competitive advantage over many other traditional machines with this technology. The method may be used for assembling of different special parts. The machines of KOM 1, KOM 8 and KOM 12 Series can be combined with all profile and thread rolling machines manufactured by E.W.Menn.
Assembly Machines for Standard and Special Parts
Assembly machines E.W.Menn combine simple construction with universality, optimally balanced by each other. Cam controlled machines, which were first of all developed for assembling of rivets, are designed not only for this purpose but also for assembling of other parts where middle and high assembly forces are necessary. Plug and washer assembly machines are ideally suited for assembling with small and middle force and used for assembling of nails and scews with plugs or similar parts.
Special Machines
E.W. Menn designs and manufactures special machines and solve complicated technical tasks according with specific demands of customers, including questions beyond the main subject.
